Our very first Love.golf taster session held at Canford School Golf Course on Tuesday, 26th June 2018. Canford is an excellent 9-hole course located near Wimborne, making it a perfect venue for beginners who want to learn the game of golf.
Fifteen new Love.golf ladies, including staff members from Canford School, who have never played the game before, joined us on a sunny evening to have a go at golf and absolutely loved the fact that they were out on a real course within 45 minutes of the session starting.
As a coach, feedback, especially as this was the first Love.golf event in Dorset, was invaluable as we take this style of coaching golf forward, and I’m pleased to report that everyone agreed the evening was really positive and that they enjoyed lots of laughter, possibly at their playing partners’ expense! .
At the end of the session, we held a debrief over a glass of bubbles and discussed details of the follow-up sessions available to attendees.
